Job Description
KAAJ is hiring 50 female househelp across Kolkata. Choose your shift - 6, 8, or 10 hours. Fixed monthly salary plus performance incentive of Rs 2,000-4,000. Consistent work near your area, on-time payouts, and full support from our operations team.
HIRING AREAS:
South Kolkata - Tollygunge, Joka, Behala
North Kolkata - Laketown, Rajarhat
SHIFT & SALARY (including incentive):
6-hour shift: Rs 12,000-14,000/month
8-hour shift: Rs 15,000-18,000/month
10-hour shift: Rs 18,000-21,000/month
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning, sweeping and mopping, dishwashing, dusting, and general household upkeep at assigned homes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Punctual and reliable. Local to the area or willing to commute within cluster. Basic Bengali/Hindi communication. Freshers and experienced both welcome. No formal education required.
