Financial Service Manager

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for managing financial products, guiding customers, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves supervising the financial services team, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell financial products such as insurance, loans, investments, and savings plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve market reach.
• Client Relationship ManagementGuide clients on financial products based on their needs and goals.
• Conduct financial planning discussions and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
• Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate the financial services team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Operations & ComplianceEnsure documentation, KYC, and application processes are completed accurately.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and databases.
• Follow company policies and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Market & Product KnowledgeStay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products.
• Conduct product training sessions for the team when needed.
• Identify gaps in service and recommend improvements.

• Good knowledge of financial products (insurance, loans, investments, etc.).
• Leadership and team-handling capability.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in Finance or relevant field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or sales.
• SalaryAs per company norms (Fixed + Incentives).
