Job Description
Supervise and manage daily factory operations and production activities.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Manage and monitor workers and allocate daily tasks.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift schedules.
Monitor raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.
Coordinate with the production, maintenance, and management teams.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Maintain daily production and stock records.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Ensure timely completion of production and dispatch activities.
Previous experience in food manufacturing/FMCG/bakery production will be preferred.
