Customer Support Executive

Brishni Jewellery (Brishni.com) is a leading Gold-plated jewellery brand in eastern India with 100K+ customers in 6 different countries. We are looking for an experienced female candidate passionate about customer satisfaction to join our fast growing customer support and operations team. Should be able to Join by 15th December.

About the position : The main objective of this role is to nurture and convert the leads from website/app into customers and provide support as needed. This is a remote position, allowed to work from any place of choice.

Major responsibilities:

1. Handling incoming queries mainly on Website chat and call as required.
2. Hand hold clients in the purchase journey by providing product knowledge and resolving other queries.
3. Support clients with any service requests like tracking, return, exchange, warranty claim etc.
4. Work with other teams and leadership for efficient customer support.

Must have requirements:

1. Should be proficient in using computer and basic software applications.
2. Should be proficient in Bengali, English and able understand and speak Hindi.
3. Should have at least one years of work experience preferably in customer facing role.
