About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues and sales.
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi / Hindi, Bengali
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts:

• Rotational shift, rotational WO.
• No night shifts for girls
• Any 9 hours during 7 AM to 8 PM working window
• Any 9 hours from 24*7 hours (Boys)
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
