Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through voice platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints or escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Flexible in rotational shift & Week offs
- Able to converse fluently in English (written & Verbal)
- Verbal fluency in Hindi, expected
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Voice Process
- Experienced candidates in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce (ex- Flipkart, Myntra, Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, BlinkIt)
- Personal Vehicle available (2-wheeler)
- Graduates
