Job Description
**HIRING FOR DOMESTIC BANKING PROCESS **
Customer Service Associate.
Voice Process
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Assisting the customers by providing resolution to their problems and fulfilling the queries over the call.
Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.
Salary 13k - 15k CTC.
Languages Hindi, Bengali, & English (fluency required in any 2 languages).
Role & responsibilities: -Handling Customer and providing them with resolutions
