• Job ResponsibilitiesAttend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Register and create support tickets in the ticket management system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Ensure all tickets are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Take complete ownership of customer complaints until resolution.
• Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic tests, reports, bookings, and services.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and follow up regularly.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Candidate RequirementsMale/Female candidates can apply.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in a diagnostics center, hospital, healthcare, or medical customer care will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
