We are a leading International BPO & IT Company, urgently hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for our International Voice Process.

📌 Open Positions Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Freshers & Experienced

Customer Support Executive - Inbound calling experience preferred

Senior CCE (Outbound Process) -Experience in international outbound sales/closures

Team Leader (TL) - Prior experience managing teams in an international process

🎯Eligibility Criteria

Fluent English communication (Mandatory)

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & above

Age: 18 to 45 years

Willingness to work in US/Night Shift

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively

⏰ Shift Timings

Night Shift (Full-Time): 9:30 PM -6:30 AM

Day Shift - 11AM to 8PM

 Evening Shift - 5:30 PM to 9:45PM
