Job Description
📍 Location: Kolkata
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing SaaS Sales team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
✔️ Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
✔️ Pitch SaaS solutions to potential clients
✔️ Understand customer requirements and close sales opportunities
✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
✔️ Update sales activities in CRM
*Requirements:*
✔️ 6 months – 2 years of experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Target-oriented mindset
✔️ CRM knowledge is a plus
