Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Tata AIA, you will drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, introducing customized life insurance and financial protection solutions, and closing sales. You will build profitable, long-term relationships, ensuring customers are matched with the right products to secure their family's future.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing databases.
  • Needs Analysis: Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, assess their risk appetite, and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct professional product presentations and clearly articulate the benefits of Tata AIA’s protection, health, and wealth solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support to clients during the onboarding and policy issuance process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain an accurate database of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.



Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of frontline sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in Management/Finance have an added advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing power and regional language fluency.

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with sales.
