About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and helping businesses grow through our digital marketing solutions. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving business challenges, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their journey.
  • Understand each client's business goals and recommend the right digital marketing solutions.
  • Present our products and services through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and help grow existing accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing services or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
