Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + TA + Mobile Allowance

Your Role

As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting Nexa Core HR's recruitment and HR consulting services.

This position is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to build a successful career in B2B Sales, Business Development, and HR Consulting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
  • Connect with HR Managers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Business Owners, Founders, Directors, and Decision Makers.
  • Schedule meetings and present Nexa Core HR's recruitment and HR solutions.
  • Understand clients' hiring requirements and recommend appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • MBA (Marketing/HR) will be an added advantage
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, HR Services, Corporate Sales, or Service Sales
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
