Key Areas of Expertise We are looking for a master artisan who can confidently deliver excellence in the following specific categories:

• The Art of Baklawa: Mastery in working with paper-thin filo pastry, crafting perfectly layered, golden, and authentic Baklawa varieties.
• Gourmet Laminated Puffs: Expertise in creating exceptionally flaky, buttery, and beautifully structured savory and sweet puffs.
• Signature Bakes: Elevating classic comforts into luxury treats, including rich, fudgy, premium brownies and a sophisticated range of artisanal cookies.
• Confectionery & Chocolate: Crafting premium chocolates, truffles, and specialized confections like flawlessly coated, flavored dry fruits (gourmet dragees, glazed, roasted, and spiced varieties).
• Signature Dips & Sauces: Developing exquisite component profiles—from velvety chocolate ganaches and salted caramels to innovative sweet dips, fruit coulis, and spreads that elevate our hampers and gift packs.
• Core Responsibilities Production & Innovation: Oversee the daily crafting of all cookies, brownies, puffs, and confections, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and look.
• Luxury Presentation: Ensure every item meets high-end retail and gifting standards, keeping finishes clean, modern, and visually stunning.
• Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict standards for ingredient selection, recipe scaling, temperature control (especially for chocolate tempering), and shelf-life management.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain flawless hygiene, organize inventory, and manage kitchen efficiency.
• The Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven professional background in high-end boutique bakeries, premium confectionery houses, or luxury commercial kitchens.
• Specialized Skillset: A deep understanding of chocolate tempering, pastry lamination for puffs, sugar work for baklawa, and flavoring techniques for dry fruits.
