About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Admission Incharge to manage student admissions and enrollment processes remotely. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, conducting follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Call prospective students and parents to discuss available courses and programs.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Prepare admission reports and update management regularly.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to maximize conversions.
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Admissions, Education Counseling, Telesales, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer are mandatory.
