Academic Counselor

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Connect with interested students and parents

✔ Understand learning goals and career interests

✔ Validate leads and assess admission readiness

✔ Share basic course information

✔ Maintain call records and lead status updates

✔ Coordinate with the counseling/sales team

✔ Pass qualified leads for further counseling

What We’re Looking For:

 •   Graduate in any discipline

 •   Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or related field is a plus

 •   Prior experience in academic counseling or student support preferred

 •   Basic understanding of IT courses and care pathway

 •   Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

 •   Strong communication and interpersonal skill
