Sales Promoter

An In-Store Demonstrator (ISD) for Airtel at retail hubs like Croma is a frontline promoter role. You act as the face of the brand directly on the showroom floor, tasked with driving the sales of Airtel products (SIMs, Postpaid connections, Xstream Fiber) and generating leads directly to consumers.The job primarily involves the following key responsibilities and skill requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Sales: Actively engage with walk-in Croma customers to demonstrate and sell Airtel mobile and broadband services.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist customers with documentation, KYC verification, and plan activation directly on digital apps or devices.
• Service & Troubleshooting: Address basic customer queries regarding Airtel networks, recharges, and bill payments.
• Cross-Selling & Up-selling: Introduce customers to the Airtel digital ecosystem (e.g., Airtel Thanks app, Wynk Music).
• Brand Visibility: Ensure that Airtel's marketing collaterals, display phones/routers, and promotional materials are correctly positioned on the store floor
