• Education Franchise Development Executive (B2B)Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new franchise opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Meet educational entrepreneurs, coaching institutes, tuition centers, schools, and business owners.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into active franchise partners.
• Conduct business presentations and explain the franchise model and revenue opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with schools, institutes, and education consultants.
• Plan and execute field visits for market expansion and business development.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure successful franchise activation.
• Achieve monthly business and franchise development targets.
• Submit daily reports, meeting updates, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business discussions.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Franchise Sales / Education Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and travel.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
