Job Description
कंपनीच्या कृषी उत्पादनांच्या मार्केटिंगसाठी गावागावात व शेतकऱ्यांमध्ये प्रत्यक्ष भेट देऊन Field Survey करणे.
• 3 एकर किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त शेती असलेल्या शेतकऱ्यांची माहिती संकलित करणे.
• शेतकऱ्याचे नाव, मोबाईल नंबर, गाव, शेतीचे क्षेत्र, पीक व आवश्यक प्राथमिक माहिती नोंदवणे.
• संकलित केलेली माहिती कंपनीला व्यवस्थित उपलब्ध करून देणे.
• संभाव्य ग्राहकांशी Follow-up ठेवणे.
• कंपनीच्या उत्पादनाची प्राथमिक माहिती शेतकऱ्यांना देणे.
• कंपनीच्या Sales Team सोबत समन्वय साधणे.
• झालेल्या Sales ची माहिती Track करणे व त्यावर Follow-up ठेवणे.
• आपल्या क्षेत्रातील शेतकरी संपर्क व कंपनीचा Sales वाढवण्यासाठी Field वर सक्रियपणे काम करणे.
• दररोजच्या Survey, Customer Follow-up आणि Sales चा Report कंपनीला Submit करणे.
• कंपनीने दिलेले Daily/Weekly Target पूर्ण करण्यासाठी नियोजनबद्ध पद्धतीने काम करणे.
ही पूर्णपणे Field Based Job असून शेतकरी संपर्क, सर्वेक्षण, Data Collection आणि Sales Coordination हे मुख्य काम असेल
