Job Description
Job Role
Handle company-provided franchise leads, convert prospects into franchise partners, and manage property identification, negotiation and finalization for new outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
Conduct franchise presentations and close deals.
Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties.
Coordinate property visits and negotiate with owners/brokers.
Finalize properties based on location, visibility, footfall, rent and business potential.
Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Achieve franchise closure and property finalization targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years in Sales / Franchise Sales / Real Estate / B2B Sales.
Strong sales, negotiation and property evaluation skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel.
Travel to other cities/states may be required based on business needs (optional).
