*Job Summary:*

Pay FX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business operations across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership:*

* Identify and onboard new clients, merchants, and partners to expand Pay FX’s market share.

* Drive adoption of Pay FX’s payment solutions among businesses in Kerala

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.

*2. Key Account & Relationship Management:*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, Channel Partners. banks, fintech partners, and distributors.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

* Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure smooth business operations.

*3. Operational Excellence & Compliance:*

* Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.

* Oversee regional logistics, distribution, and support functions for seamless operations.

* Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.

 *Skills:*

* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in Kerala.

* Strong leadership, Team Management and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
