Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication until closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM or database.
• Address customer queries and objections professionally to build trust and close sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales performance updates.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
