Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Recruiter to manage high-volume, on-ground recruitment for delivery executives. You will spend time in the field visiting local hubs, transit points, and community areas to source, engage, and onboard riders for our delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sourcing: Travel across assigned local zones to meet potential candidates, conduct walk-in drives, and set up local recruitment camps.
