Executive-GDC (A2 / Associate Consultant )
Roles & responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end KPMG Clara support for engagement teams, which includes working with engagements teams on functional questions and technical issues during US business hours.
Assist in manage tickets in Fusion by investigating and troubleshooting KPMG Clara questions and issues; serve as "on-call" during off hour periods; exercise appropriate judgement in escalation framework around how tickets should be handled.
This will be to support during US business hours to help the GDC professionals / engagements teams to address the questions related to KCw techno functional.
To be the first level of support for KCw superusers who get KCw questions from their respective pod.
Work with Tech teams, business stakeholders, and users, ensuring issues are addressed and communicated effectively.
Ensure that the work is planned, organized, and performed by self and raise any issues identified on a timely basis to the Lead, as well as seek possible resolution from them

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Basic audit and accounting knowledge
Good knowledge on KCw Clara workflows and other KPMG Audit Proprietary tools.
Proficient in creating and implementing workarounds for application issues.
Ability to execute processes to resolve issues.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written)
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Finance & Accounting or should have completed Master’s degree /Business administration
Work experience
2-4 years of professional Experience
GDC working experience / Work experience on KCw Clara would be highly preferred
