We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process with a leading global organization in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer/employee support calls professionally.

• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Respond to customer queries with accuracy and empathy.

• Deliver a high-quality customer service experience.

• Maintain process compliance and quality standards.

• Accurately document customer interactions and updates.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria• Graduate or above.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements quickly.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
