Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
Salary + Incentives
Job Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective customers using qualified leads provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers to support business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide post-enrollment support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
