About the Opportunity

India Vacationz Houseboat is expanding its sales team and looking for enthusiastic, confident and result-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Sales Consultants.

We generate customer enquiries through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, our website and other digital marketing platforms. Your role will be to interact with prospective customers, understand their holiday requirements, recommend suitable houseboat packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with good communication and convincing skills who enjoy interacting with customers and have an interest in travel and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend customer enquiries generated through Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital platforms.

2. Contact prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday and houseboat packages.

4. Share quotations, photographs, videos and package details with customers.

5. Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

6. Handle customer queries, pricing discussions and negotiations within authorised limits.

7. Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to confirm bookings.

8. Assist customers with booking advance payments and confirmation.

9. Maintain accurate customer records and update follow-up details in the CRM or sales tracker.

Candidate Requirements

* Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.

* Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp.

* Strong follow-up, negotiation and sales conversion skills.

* Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

* Reliable internet connection.

* Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, reservations, hospitality or customer service is preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.

Language Skills

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.

* Knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali or other Indian languages will be an added advantage.

* Candidates who can communicate confidently in multiple Indian languages will be given preference.

Compensation & Earning Potential

₹10,000 – ₹40,000+ per month based on performance.

Earnings are linked to successful booking conversions and the value of bookings generated. Higher sales performance and better selling prices provide opportunities for higher earnings
