Telecalling Executive

Job responsibilities:

·        Procure data of MSMEs, convert it to Excel format based on area and district, and report to the respective Assistant Managers. 

·        Telecalling MSMEs as per the instructions from ASMs.

·        Collect necessary financial documents from customers and follow up as per the instructions of Assistant Managers.

·        Participate in the process of conducting events.

·        To have Excellent verbal communication skills.

·        Provide adequate support for credit analysis and perform due diligence.

·        Create reports, analyze and interpret MSME data.

·        Ability and willingness to multitask for the organization.

·        Liaisoning between borrowers and underwriting departments.

·        To build and support the sales team.
