Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, water heaters)
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues
- Fix leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
- Install and maintain drainage, heating, and sanitation systems
- Test plumbing systems for safety and functionality
- Provide cost estimates and explain work to clients
- Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical strength and manual dexterity
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
