Job Description
A Field Sales Executive for broadband sales promotes and sells high-speed internet and fiber-optic plans directly to residential and business customers through outdoor fieldwork
Role Overview
- Main Goal: Find new customers
- Work Style: Mostly outdoor field work, traveling in assigned local areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Visits: Walk through neighborhoods or commercial areas to pitch internet plans.
- Lead Generation: Find potential buyers and run local promotional events or stalls.
- Product Pitching: Explain broadband speeds, prices, and special offers to clients.
- Customer Onboarding: Collect customer documents, fill out application forms, and coordinate with the installation team.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree.
- Communication: Good speaking and negotiation skills to convince buyers.
- Travel: A two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are usually required.
- Experience: Freshers can apply, but 1 to 3 years of direct or field sales experience in telecom or broadband is preferred
