Customer Support Executive

Reach out to potential users on phone and convince them to install the app

Handle end-to-end host onboarding and lead follow-ups

Support hosts with technical, and process queries

Conduct regular outreach to ensure host availability

Maintain records and share reports on onboarding and support

Required Candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil

Prior experience in operations, customer support, or community management is preferred.
