Position: Telesales Calling Executive (FASTag)

Job Responsibilities:

Customers ko outbound calls karke FASTag services ki jankari dena.

FASTag activation, recharge aur KYC se judi queries handle karna.

Interested customers ko sales me convert karna aur daily targets achieve karna.

Customer details aur call records ko system me accurately update karna.

Professional communication aur customer satisfaction maintain karna.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Calling/Telesales experience mandatory.

FASTag process ka experience rakhne wale candidates ko first preference di jayegi.

Hindi bolne ki achhi communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Required Skills:

Convincing & negotiation skills.

Positive attitude aur target-oriented approach.

Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability.
