🚀 Hiring: Senior Operations Manager – Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take complete ownership of operations at our Plastic Pyrolysis Unit in Khopoli, near Navi Mumbai.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Chemical Engineer with strong plant operations experience who can independently manage and optimise the entire plant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end plant operations and production management
• Managing raw material procurement, inventory & supply chain
• Labour and manpower management
• Production planning and execution
• Process optimisation and improving plant efficiency
• Quality, safety and compliance management
• Preventive maintenance coordination
• Vendor and logistics management
• Monitoring plant KPIs, costs and operational performance
• Identifying and implementing improvements across operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Chemical Engineering degree preferred
• Experience in chemical processing / pyrolysis / waste management / manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of industrial plant operations
• Ability to independently manage people, processes and vendors
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills
• Willingness to relocate to Khopoli and work closely with the plant
