Job SummaryThe Grand Leela Resort is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly creative Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our diverse culinary and dining operations. As the F&B Manager, you will be the driving force behind curated dining experiences, innovative menu concepts, and impeccable guest service. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to maintain luxury standards while maximizing revenue and operational efficiency.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service), ensuring consistent luxury-level service and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Manage F&B budgets, forecast volumes, track revenues, and control labor and food costs without compromising on quality.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP/FSSAI) across all outlets.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors for high-quality procurement and optimize inventory levels to minimize wastage.
  • Creative & Concept InnovationExperiential Dining: Design and execute unique thematic culinary events, seasonal promotions, and pop-up dining experiences that set the resort apart.
  • Menu Engineering: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to continuously evolve menus, blending local flavors with global trends to delight modern travelers.
  • Ambiance & Presentation: Curate the visual appeal, music, and service style of each outlet to establish a distinct identity and unforgettable vibe.
  • Team Management & LeadershipInspire & Mentor: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of service staff, supervisors, and bartenders, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training programs focusing on luxury service etiquette, upselling techniques, and product knowledge (wine, spirits, and mixology).
  • Performance Tracking: Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify top talent for internal growth and retention.
  • Key Skills Required Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and a sharp eye for hospitality trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in F&B software, POS systems, and inventory management.
