With a growing presence across multiple locations and a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, ANK Solar aims to contribute to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. 1 JOB PURPOSE: The Sales Executive is responsible for handling sales activities, meeting customers, conducting site visits, and managing regional sales operations. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and business growth. 2 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Sales & Customer Handling • Handle sales activities and coordinate with customers regarding solar solutions • Attend customer meetings and provide product and service information • Ensure proper customer engagement and support throughout the sales process 2 ➢ Sales Follow-up • Follow up with customers for quotation approval, order confirmation, and project updates • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding sales progress • Ensure timely follow-up to improve sales conversion ratio ➢ Reporting & Coordination • Maintain records of customer visits, meetings, and follow-up activities • Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and project updates • Ensure proper reporting and smooth coordination between teams and customers ➢ Client Meetings & Site Visits • Conduct customer site visits for project discussion and requirement analysis • Attend client meetings and explain company products and services • Ensure proper understanding of customer requirements and project expectations ➢ Business Development Support • Identify new customer opportunities and market potential • Support management in achieving sales targets and business growth • Maintain positive customer relationships for long-term business opportunities 3 BEHAVIOURAL AND CULTURAL EXPECTATIONS: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset • Responsible and disciplined work approach • Ability to travel for site visits and meetings • Team coordination and problem-solving ability 3 4 RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING REPORTS: • Customer visit and meeting report • Sales follow-up and order status report • Regional sales activity report • Customer inquiry and lead tracking report • Daily sales and site visit report 5 SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: • Sales and customer handling skills • Communication and negotiation ability • Site visit and coordination skills • Reporting and follow-up management • Business development and relationship management ability • Ability to manage regional sales operations efficiently • Strong customer coordination and sales conversion skills
