Plant / Factory Head

Technical Oversight: Interpret complex engineering drawings and oversee manufacturing processes including laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.

* Drive Quality, Cost, Delivery, and 5S initiatives aligned with company goals

* Ensure optimal labor efficiency, productivity, and process control

* Develop strong customer coordination and ensure timely execution of production activities strictly as per customer schedules, quality standards, and delivery requirements.

* Deadlines & Quality: Take full ownership of production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery within strict quality tolerances.

* Motivate and engage teams across levels
