Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to meet you.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Sales Pitching: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively explaining how our products/services meet their needs.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (Experienced candidates with a High School diploma/12th pass are also welcome).
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills may apply).
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in local languages and a working knowledge of English.
  • Other Requirements: A valid driving license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) for field visits.
