Job Responsibilities / Profile

• Performing and reporting laboratory diagnostic tests accurately and within the specified turnaround time.
• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining laboratory instruments and analyzers.
• Reviewing and validating test results before report release.
• Explaining laboratory reports and test findings to doctors whenever required.
• Ensuring timely delivery of reports to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, accuracy, and laboratory documentation.
• Communicating politely and professionally with patients, addressing their queries and providing necessary guidance.
• Coordinating effectively with doctors, staff, and patients to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
• Following laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
