Job Description
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers & Counsellors to join our team at Clearpath Immigration Private Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain our Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Visa and PR services.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic guidance.
- Schedule appointments with counsellors.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Punjabi is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Experience in telecalling, sales or customer service is preferred.
