Job Description
Location: New Chandigarh
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and multi-talented individual to join our growing real estate team. This unique role blends creative digital marketing with client relations. You will be the face and voice of our brand online—creating engaging video content daily—as well as the welcoming face of our office, managing the reception area and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Daily Task)
Video Production: Concept, shoot, and star in 1 to 2 high-quality short-form videos per day (Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, market updates).
On-Camera Presence: Confidently present properties, highlight investment opportunities, and share real estate tips on camera.
Platform Management: Post and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels using trending audio and viral hashtags to boost engagement.
2. Reception & Office Administration (Post-Content Tasks)
Front Desk Management: Warmly greet clients, investors, and visitors arriving at the office.
Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, address basic customer queries, and direct leads to the sales team.
Data Management: Maintain client records, property listings, and daily logs efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area remains tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Confidence on Camera: Must be highly expressive, fluent, and entirely comfortable presenting in front of a camera.
Tech-Savvy: Basic video editing skills (using mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, or VN) and a strong understanding of Instagram Reels/Social Media trends.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations for data entry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to handle clients professionally.
Professional Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, suitable for a front-desk corporate environment.
Experience: Prior experience in content creation, social media management, front-office handling, or the real estate sector is a strong plus.
