Job Description
- Invoicing & Sales: Generate and send accurate sales invoices to clients; track accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
- Purchasing & Payables: Process purchase invoices, verify receipts, and manage vendor accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Handle daily banking transactions, monitor cash flow, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain orderly digital and physical financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly coded in our accounting software.
