Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit customer locations for UPS battery installation, inspection, and replacement.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS and battery-related issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of batteries and UPS systems.
  • Test battery voltage, charging systems, and backup performance.
  • Ensure proper battery connections and safety compliance.
  • Educate customers on battery maintenance and usage best practices.
  • Maintain service reports and update job completion records.
  • Coordinate with the service team regarding spare parts and customer requirements.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Follow company safety procedures while working on-site.
