Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled and dedicated VMC / CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Bidadi, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring VMC/CNC machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate VMC / CNC Machines efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload raw materials/workpieces into the machine.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
• Perform tool setting, offset correction, and basic machine adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure quality production.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like:
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Height Gauge
• Bore Gauge
• Maintain production records and machine logs.
• Ensure proper machine cleaning and daily maintenance.
• Follow company safety standards and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production activities.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of VMC / CNC machine operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Basic understanding of tooling and machining process.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Good attention to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / PUC / Any Technical Qualification
• Freshers with basic CNC/VMC knowledge can apply.
• Experienced candidates preferred.
• Experience 1Year to 5+ Years Experience
• Preferred Candidate ProfileImmediate Joiners Preferred
• Good discipline and teamwork
• Willingness to work in manufacturing/shop-floor environment
