Job Description

  • Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms
  • Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing
  • Conduct property site visits and client presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal closure 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
