Production Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our notebook manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage factory workers and daily manpower allocation.
• Monitor production activities and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Allocate workers to different machines and production sections.
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Check product quality and ensure notebooks are manufactured as per company standards.
• Coordinate with the production, packing, stores and dispatch teams.
• Monitor worker attendance, punctuality and discipline.
• Ensure machines and work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with management for quick solutions.
• Maintain basic production and manpower records.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper operating procedures are followed.
• Report daily production, manpower and operational issues to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a factory/production supervisor preferred.
• Experience in printing, stationery, notebook or paper manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage 30 –50+ workers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
