Job PurposeTo lead and manage complete factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, manpower, safety, and statutory compliance, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day factory operations to meet production and delivery targets
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM)
• Monitor and control quality standards, rejections, and customer complaints
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS, statutory, and legal requirements
• Control manufacturing costs and monitor budgets
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and HR departments
• Prepare MIS reports and present performance reviews to management

• Candidate ProfileEducational QualificationBE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA / PGDM (Operations) – Preferred
• ExperienceMinimum 15+ years in mechanical manufacturing industry
• Minimum 5–7 years in senior plant/factory management role
• Technical SkillsProduction planning & control
• CNC & conventional machining / fabrication / assembly processes
• Quality systems (ISO / IATF preferred)
• Preventive maintenance & TPM
