Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Record Transactions: Post and process daily journal entries, bills, and payments.
  • Manage Accounts: Track accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), issue invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Perform Reconciliations: Complete monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations to spot and fix errors.
  • Support Financial Reporting: Help prepare balance sheets, income statements, and weekly or monthly financial reports.
  • Assist the Team: Support senior accountants and managers during month-end or year-end closings and internal audits.
