Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth outlet functioning.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure proper duty allocation.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Support sales improvement and cost control.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the management.
- RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR operations.
- Previous experience as a Shift In-charge or Team Leader is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle customer concerns.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
