Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to new or existing customers to pitch company services, encourage sales, or set up appointments.

Inbound Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product information.

Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads, qualify prospects, and route promising opportunities to the sales team.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or sales closures. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
