Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to set up and manage our company's social media presence from scratch across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and set up official business pages/accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage all account logins, credentials, and settings securely
• Plan, create, and post regular content (photos, reels, videos) showcasing our products
• Grow followers and engagement organically across platforms
• Coordinate with the team for content shoots (product demos, reels, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries on social platforms
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and share simple reports
• Stay updated on social media trends relevant to our industry
• Assist with basic paid promotions/ad boosts when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in any stream; marketing/mass communication background preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Basic content creation skills (mobile photography/videography, editing using Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Good written communication in Hindi and English
• Self-starter who can independently set up and manage things end-to-end
• Basic knowledge of AI content tools is a plus
